An account, a campaign structure, budgets, creative, product information and conversion measurement. The parts are familiar; the emphasis is different.
The account sits with you
Advertising runs from an ad account that belongs to the brand, not to the agency. We are given client-scoped access to work in it. If our engagement ends, the account, its history and its data stay with you.
This matters more than it sounds. Agencies that hold the account hold the leverage, and rebuilding advertising history from scratch is an expensive way to change supplier.
Campaign structure
Structure is how budget is divided and how results become readable. Group things together and you cannot tell what worked; split them too finely and nothing gathers enough data to be meaningful.
For consumer product brands we usually structure around the way customers actually describe what they want — hair type, scent family, finish, occasion — rather than around internal merchandising categories.
Budgets and controls
Advertising spend is set by you and paid by you, directly to the platform. Our management fee is separate and does not change with spend.
Spend controls are set during setup so there are no surprises, and we monitor pacing as part of ongoing management.
Creative and product information
In a written channel, product information is creative. Titles, attributes, availability and descriptions shape what can be advertised and how well it matches a question.
We coordinate creative with your brand or studio team. We do not act as a production studio, and we do not write claims that your regulatory or legal process has not approved.
- Accurate, consistent product titles and attributes
- Landing pages that match the ad exactly
- Availability that reflects reality
- Claims that match packaging and product pages
Measurement
Conversion measurement is set up before launch, not bolted on afterwards. Without it, a new channel is impossible to judge fairly and easy to abandon for the wrong reason.
Available metrics are determined by the advertising platform. We report what exists rather than inventing a dashboard that implies more precision than the channel offers.
Questions
- How long before we can judge results?
- Long enough for the data to be readable rather than noise, which depends on your budget and product range. We set that expectation during setup rather than promising a fixed timeline.
- Can we pause campaigns?
- Yes. Advertising spend is yours to control, and pausing is a normal part of managing a channel.
